The building of the residential complex is located in the historic center of Berlin on the site of the famous Berlin Wall, dividing the city into 2 parts. During the construction process, “MonArch” implemented the most modern technologies both in the erection of a monolithic frame and in the finishing of the building, which made it possible to reduce the cost of maintenance and heating of the building in accordance with the energy consumption standard KfW 70.

We are especially pride of large open terraces located on the roof of the building, allowing the residents of the top floor to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city. Designer finishing materials were used in the entrance lobbies and each of the 67 apartments were already finished when transferred to the tenants. Each apartment has a place for 2 bicycle parking systems and a separate storage room next to the underground parking.
