Tenement house of the Moscow Basmanny partnership (reconstruction) The Tenement house of the Moscow Basmanny partnership was built in 1913 by the architect Adolf Zeligson. In the 1980s, this residential building was settled. After reconstruction, the building was occupied by the Moscow Arbitration Court, which vacated the building in 2009. Now it houses the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the City of Moscow, the Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow, the Academy of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation and other organizations.
