The competition, founded by the Moscow Business Club, helps to identify the best achievements in the real estate market. Traditionally, the title of record holder is claimed by the key players and their best projects. To become a winner, one needs to go through three stages of the competition. The best are determined by popular vote and jury voting. As part of the third and final stage, professional participants in the real estate market summarize the award and name the winners in the course of heated debates. Residential complex “Bogorodsky” consists of eleven monolithic buildings located near the metro station “Podbelsky Street”. There is a panoramic view of Sokolniki Park and Losiny Ostrov National Park, the forests of which occupy a third of the Bogorodsky district. The buildings of the residential complex “Bogorodsky” are being built on a single stylobate, where there is a two-level parking for 1890 cars. You can go down to the parking by an elevator from any section of the house. Guided by the idea of creating comfortable conditions for the most important residents of the complex, the authors of the project also provided for the construction of a kindergarten. The environment of residential complex “Bogorodsky” is an area with an established infrastructure network. Nearby there is a shopping center, many kindergartens and schools.
