The complex of buildings MonArch Center became the winner of the contest "Best Implemented Project of 2011” in the category “Multifunctional Complexes”, the building was recognized as the best one among similar facilities commissioned in the same year due to its uniqueness - the new complex combines a class A business center, a shopping center and the Renaissance-MonArch hotel (the world’s largest Marriott chain) on the area of 167.9 thousand sq.m.
