On July 14, an agreement was signed between “MonArch” Group of Companies and the International Council of Russian Compatriots on the beginning of the construction of an apart-hotel on Khodynka. The International Council of Russian Compatriots is a non-governmental organization uniting more than 140 compatriot organizations in 54 countries of the world. The headquarters of the council will be located in the apart-hotel on Khodynka. By signing the agreement we will launch the construction of this unique facility. The apart-hotel on Khodynka is planned to be put into operation at the end of 2013. The symbiosis, which is still unusual for the Russian real estate market, will unite commercial and residential real estate. The project budget will be 2-2.5 billion rubles. The building of variable height (12-37-40 floors) will rise 150 meters above Moscow. The total area of the facility will be 51.5 thousand square meters, of which 302 apartments will have 38.2 thousand square meters, the office part - 5.1 thousand square meters. Three-level underground parking with an area of about 8,5 thousand square meters will be designed for 314 cars. The facility has already been announced at the XXII International Real Estate Exhibition MIPIM-2011, which took place in March this year and was highly appreciated by the First Deputy Moscow Mayor Vladimir Resin and the Chief Architect of the city of Moscow Alexander Kuzmin.
