The opening ceremony was attended by Boris Leonidovich Frolov, President of the Moscow Investors Association, Ivan Yuryevich Novitsky, Deputy of the Moscow City Duma, and Viktor Fedorovich Aistov, First Deputy Head of the Moscow City Construction Department, who noted that the stands presented the best projects in the city. 73 projects in 18 categories are presented in the Competition. MonArch Concern annually participates in this Competition and, according to the results of 2009, put forward four facilities: - the building of the Moscow Arbitration Court on B. Tulskaya street (together with Moskapstroy OJSC and ARKHINZH LLC) - Moscow Center for Martial Arts at Varshavskoe shosse (jointly with Moskapstroy OJSC (TUKS-5 CJSC), Metropol-Development LLC and AMS-Project CJSC); - Secondary school №480 on Sr. Kalitnikovskaya street (jointly with Moskapstroy OJSC and ARKHINZH LLC); - a residential complex with underground parking on B. Serpukhovskaya street (jointly with Mosproekt OJSC, Workshop No. 13). The results of the Contest will be announced in June this year.
