Three-level underground parking with an area of 8.5 thousand square meters will be designed for 314 cars. “This year the exhibition is more active”, sums up Andrey Monosov, General Director of MonArch Development. "But in general, there is a decrease in the activity of foreign investors, even in comparison with the last year. They have become more careful in choosing development projects. In this context, it was especially pleasant to note the high interest of foreign participants and guests of the exhibition in our facilities.”
