The ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Moscow Mayor in the Government of Moscow, the head of the construction complex Vladimir Resin, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General of Militia Mikhail Sukhodolsky, Head of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the city Moscow, Major General of Militia Vladimir Kolokoltsev. The 17-story building with a total area of 20 thousand square meters is designed for 800 people, there are 295 apartments to accommodate 2-3 people, each of which has a kitchen, dressing room, pantry, bathroom and toilet. The dormitory meets the latest requirements for buildings of this type and takes into account the specifics of the service. Therefore, in addition to living rooms, there are rooms for cleaning and storing weapons, halls for forming-ups and other special places. V.I. Resin provided V.A. Kolkoltsev with a symbolic key to the building and emphasized that the Moscow Government pays great attention to the development of the material and technical base of the Moscow Police Department and the improvement of the living and working conditions of its employees, and also noted that the facility was built in a very short time and in February the house will be inhabited. As part of the ceremony, the specialists who participated in the design and construction of the residential building were awarded. The head of the section of MonArch TT CJSC Maxim Martynovsky receive an official message of thanks.
