MonArch Concern presented the project “Multifunctional complex MonArch Center” at the international investment exhibition MIPIM-2010 in Cannes, within the framework of the joint stand of the Moscow Government. Currently, it is one of the most promising facilities in the area. The complex is located at the intersection of Leningradskoye Shosse and the Third Transport Ring, in close proximity to the city center, is designed in the style of modern architecture and consists of facilities of different functions: a high-rise office building of A-class, a triangular-shaped building in which there is the hotel of the international network Renaissance Moscow Hotel MonArch Center. The business center and the hotel are united by a low-rise part with an exclusive design, which houses the general area of the hotel and the largest conference hall in Moscow (for 1500 people), a kids club, gyms and a European-class shopping center with a total area of 16,000 sq.m. On the operated roof of the low-rise part there is an open parking for 90 cars and recreation areas. The underground parking is designed for 700 cars.
