Three flanks of the office complex with a total area of 43 thousand sq. m will combine innovative architectural designs, equipment and building materials, an optimal energy saving system, and the use of natural energy sources. The roof of the 9-story building, which opens up vantage perspectives of the Olympic Games venues, as well as the adjacent territory, will be equipped with recreation areas with an exclusive landscape design.
The ITERA Group plans to commission the Olympic facility at the end of 2012. The general contractor and designer of the project, which will cost more than 130 million USD, is “MonArch” Group of Companies. About the BREEAM standard. The first system of international Green certification was the BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) method developed by the British organization BRE Global in 1990. The BREEAM system serves as an example of a successful concept that effectively implements the protection of the environment from human activity by meeting the interests of all market participants without involving international or local law as a punitive tool. Today, more than 114,000 buildings have been certified under the BREEAM system, and about 740,000 buildings are currently in the process of certification. ITERA International Group of Companies is a vertically integrated holding, one of the largest independent producers and sellers of natural gas in Russia.
