On October 4-6, 2010 Munich hosted the 13th international exhibition ExpoReal - one of the leading investment forums in the world, the largest event in the field of commercial real estate, development and investment. ExpoReal has traditionally been a meeting place for key companies and decision makers in the real estate and construction economy from basically all over the world. The exhibition presented a full range of real estate markets from almost all over the world, from Europe, Russia and the Middle East to the United States (1,645 exhibitors from 34 countries). MonArch Concern is one of the few Russian companies that presented a completely new project at ExpoReal. This is a high-rise residential building on the Veresaeva street, Moscow. The concept assumes a modern 40-story business-class complex with an underground parking and environmentally friendly materials. The purpose of the exposition of Moscow and Moscow companies, according to the organizers, was to comprehensively reflect the overall stability of socio-economic development, the dynamics and results of urban planning activities, market infrastructure, intellectual potential in the scientific, technical, educational and cultural areas of the Russian capital.
