27 best young professionals from different construction companies of Moscow took part in the final of the competition, and became the winners of the preliminary part of the competition held in the organizations of the construction complex. The participants of the final part competed in the theoretical and practical part in preparation for the general construction works. The first place in the category “Linear engineering and technical workers (craftsmen, foremen)” was awarded to Andrey Lazarenko, the superintendent engineer of MonArch and S CJSC. Elena Shesterova - engineer of the technical department of MonArch Concern OJSC won the second place in the nomination “Engineering and technical personnel among administrative and managerial personnel”. The diplomas were awarded to the winners by the Deputy Head of the Moscow City Construction Department - Head of the Civil Service, Personnel and Social Development Department Sergey Omelchenko and the Chairman of the Moscow Builders Trade Union Valery Laptev.
